Safety and Booking Terms
- Reservations are required in advance.
- Your tour is not booked until you receive a confirmation message from us.
- Late arrivals, no-shows, or cancellations within 24 hours may result in your Go City pass being scanned.
- If 360 Kayak & Paddleboard Tours Cancun cancels due to weather or safety conditions, your pass will not be scanned.
- Maximum weight: 102 kg / 225 lbs.
- Minimum age to paddle solo: 15 years old.
- This is a physical outdoor activity.
- Wind, water, and weather conditions can change quickly. Tours may be rescheduled for safety.

Meet beside the swimming pool at Scuba Cancun.
