Booking & Pricing
How much does a tour cost?
Kayak tours start at $49.99 USD per person; paddleboard tours start at $49.99 USD per person.
Is a reservation necessary?
Yes— An Online reservation IS necessary! please book at least 12 hours in advance to secure your spot.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash is always best option anywhere in Cancun. Payments in U.S Dollars or Mexican Pesos. We do accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, and cash (USD or MXN) at check-in. Note: Fee is added if using credit card or PayPal.
Are bookings with Go City Cancun passes accepted?
Yes! We accept Go City Cancun Passes. Go city Pass holders must contact via Whatsapp or text to reserve. This is a great way to save money.
Tour Details
What’s the group size limit?
Standard tours are capped at 6 guests per guide. Private tours can be arranged to accommodate up to 12 people - with additional guides.
How long is each tour?
Each experience runs from 90 min to 2 hours. This it the perfect amount of time.
Is there swimming during this tour?
No, we do not swim during this tour. However you are welcome to take a dip at the end of the tour when pulling in.
Safety & Equipment
Are life jackets provided?
Yes—all guests receive U.S. Coast Guard–approved life jackets, professionally fitted before departure.
What safety measures are in place?
Guides are CPR/First-Aid certified, carry First Aid Kits, and conduct a full safety briefing.
Do I need prior experience?
No—our step-by-step land demo and on-water guidance make this suitable for absolute beginners.
Is there a weight limit?
Yes—maximum weight is 225 lbs per person for safety reasons.

Do you offer hotel pick-up or drop-off?
No, we do not offer transportation services. We are conviniently located in the hotel zone. Easy and quick by bus or taxi.
Is transportation included?
NO
Is there parking at your location?
Yes—free parking is available at entrance for guests arriving by car. However parking is EXTREMELY LIMITED.
Cancellation & Policies
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 24 hours or more before your tour for a full refund.
What if weather conditions worsen?
We monitor conditions closely. If it’s unsafe, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost or issue a full refund. If it rains lightly or we know it will be brief sections of rain we will be doing the tours.
What if I am late for my scheduled tour?
For Clients that are late or "No-Show", they will miss the tour. We run a tight ship & tight schedule.
Private & Group Tours
Can I book a private tour for myself or my group??
Absolutely contact us for custom rates.
Wildlife & Environment
What wildlife might I see?
Look for herons, egrets, mangrove fish, and even iguanas along the shore—our guides point out all the highlights.
Are your tours eco-friendly?
Yes—we follow strict “leave no trace” principles and use non-motorized craft to protect the lagoon ecosystem.
What to Bring
What should I wear?
Swimsuit or t-shirt, sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses with a strap if posible.
Can I bring cameras or phones?
Yes—just use a waterproof case or dry bag. We’re not responsible for water damage if left unprotected. Note: Your tour guide will take a few pictures FREE of charge during the tour.
Accessibility & Age
Is there a minimum age to paddle on this tour?
Yes—ages 15 or older can paddle by themselves or in a double kayak.
I have a child with me—can they join the tour?
Yes—for small children, they can join parent/s in a double kayak. If you’re traveling alone with your child, the guide can join you and help out in the double kayak.
Is kayaking & paddleboarding easy?
Yes—our gradual land demo and calm lagoon conditions make it easy for beginners. Most of our clients are first timers.
I have never been in a kayak—can I still join this tour?
Absolutely—our guides provide step-by-step coaching to get you paddling confidently.
I have never been on a paddleboard—can I still join this tour?
Yes—our instructors teach you balance and technique on land before heading onto the water.

Can I customize the itinerary?
We take breaks during wildlife sightings, photography breaks, and specific areas.
Do you offer sunrise or sunset tours?
We run special early-morning Tours at 6:30am and 9AM. we will soon be adding a 4pm afternoon Sunset Paddle Tour ask for availability.
Photography & Souvenirs
Can I hire a guide to take photos?
No need to hire. Your tour guide will take some photos for you FREE of charge..
Equipment Rentals & Add-Ons
Can I rent a kayak or paddleboard separately?
We rent paddleboards. Long term rentals only.
Do you provide storage for belongings?
Yes—we offer secure storage bins for your personal items during the tour.
