Our tours are priced as follows: Group Tour: $900 MXN per person Private Tour: $1800 MXN per person We run tours daily at 6:30 AM, 9:00 AM, and 4:00 PM. Cancun’s Best Deal — Go City Cancun Pass: Every Go City Pass booking is automatically upgraded to a PRIVATE tour with us at no extra cost. The pass already covers your entry, so you don’t pay anything extra here. Plus, the pass includes 15+ of Cancun’s top activities — making it one of the best deals in the city. Yes — a reservation is required for all tours. Please book at least 12 hours in advance to secure your spot. Direct Bookings: Reservations can be made on our website with a credit card Payment. Go City Cancun Pass Holders: You don’t need to make a payment — simply reserve by sending us a WhatsApp or text message at +52-998-241-6443 to confirm your private tour.
Cash is always the best option in Cancun. We accept USD or MXN cash, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and PayPal at check‑in. A fee applies for card or PayPal payments. Cash Payment is best, to save on online fees and taxes - Online reservations are with credit cards.

Tour Details
We keep our group tours small, capped at 6 guests per guide, for a more personal experience. Our maximum capacity is 12 people per session, with additional guides provided for larger parties. All Private Tours — including those booked with the Go City Pass — can accommodate up to 12 people.
Each experience runs 90 min—perfect amount of time.
No swimming during the tour, but you’re welcome to take a dip at the end when we return.
Safety & Equipment
Yes—all guests receive U.S. Coast Guard–approved life jackets, professionally fitted before departure.
Guides are CPR/First‑Aid certified, carry First Aid Kits, and conduct a full safety briefing.
No experience needed —land demo instruction and on‑water guidance make this suitable for absolute beginners.
Yes—maximum 225 lbs per person for safety reasons. This applies to single kayaks. We also have double kayaks that can handle higher weight capacity. Contact us for details
Location & Transportation
Our tours meet behind the Scuba Cancun building Kilometer 5 in the Cancun Hotel Zone. It’s just a 20-second walk from the front entrance to our check-in spot. You can also find a detailed map and directions on our Home page for easy reference. If you’re arriving by taxi, ask the driver for Scuba Cancun at Kilometer 5 of the Hotel Zone.
We do not offer transportation services. We’re located in the Cancun hotel zone—easy by bus or taxi.

PARKING can be challenging at our location —recommended to arrive by Uber, taxi, or bus.There is a parking lot at the entrance of Jardin del Arte parking lot entrance which is located 1 min walk before arriving at SCUBA CANCUN . Contact for details.
Cancellation & Policies
You may cancel 24 hours or more before your tour for a full refund. If your plans change, we’re also happy to reschedule your tour at no cost, as long as you contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Direct Bookings: Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the payment. Go City Cancun Pass Holders: Passes are scanned and marked as used if you cancel within 24 hours of the tour or arrive late and miss the tour.
We’ll reschedule at no extra cost or issue a full refund if rescheduling is not an option. Light rain tours still run.
Late or no‑show = missed tour. We run a tight schedule.
Private & Group Tours
Absolutely! We offer both Group Tours and Private Tours. Private tours can be booked for just yourself or for groups of up to 12 people. Bonus for Go City Pass holders: Every Go City Pass booking is automatically a Private Tour. For details or to reserve, simply contact us via WhatsApp or text.

In Nichupté Lagoon you may encounter:
- Flats fish: Tarpon, snook, bonefish, permit.

Before we get on the water, our guides give a short land lesson on paddling basics, and once we launch into the calm waters of Cancún's Nichupté Lagoon, they stay close to offer tips and support. You’ll quickly feel comfortable, whether you join a small Group Tour or book a Private Tour (all Go City Pass holders enjoy their tour privately at half price).
Yes—land balance lesson before heading out. Our guides give you simple instruction before starting, and the wide, stable boards make it easy to learn. We paddle in calm lagoon waters, so even first-timers usually find their balance quickly and enjoy the experience.

Yes. We currently run tours at 6:30 AM (sunrise) and 9:00 AM, both perfect for calm conditions and spotting wildlife in Cancun’s Nichupté Lagoon. We now also offer a 4:00 PM Sunset Tour, where you can paddle through the mangroves and watch the sunset over the lagoon with panoramic views of the Hotel Zone. All of our tours are available as Group Tours or Private Tours, and remember that every Go City Pass booking is a Private Tour. The sunrise and sunset departures are especially popular, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
