Our tours are priced as follows:
Group Tour: $900 MXN per person
Private Tour: $1800 MXN per person
We run tours daily at 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, and 4:00 PM.
Go City Cancun Pass Holders:
Your pass covers the full cost of the tour. Private tours are available upon request and depend on guide availability.
The Go City Pass includes 15+ Cancun activities, making it one of the strongest-value options in the city.

Yes — a reservation is required for all tours. Please book at least 12 hours in advance.
Direct Bookings: Reserve on our website with credit card payment.
Go City Cancun Pass Holders: No payment needed — simply message us on WhatsApp or text at +52-998-241-6443 to reserve your time.
If you prefer a private tour, please request it when you contact us; approval is based on availability.
Cash is always the best option in Cancun. We accept USD or MXN cash, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and PayPal at check-in. A fee applies for card or PayPal payments. Cash payment avoids online fees and taxes.
Yes! We proudly accept Go City Cancun Passes. Go City Pass holders may request a private tour — availability depends on scheduling and guide capacity. To reserve your spot, simply contact us by WhatsApp or text.
Tour Details
Group tours are capped at 6 guests per guide. Maximum capacity is 12 per session,
with additional guides for larger groups.
Private tours (including Go City Pass private requests) can accommodate up to 12 guests.
Each experience runs 90 min — perfect length.
No swimming during the tour, but you may swim at the end when we return.
Safety & Equipment
Yes—all guests receive U.S. Coast Guard–approved life jackets, fitted before departure.
Guides are CPR/First-Aid certified, carry First Aid Kits, and conduct a full safety briefing.
No experience needed — land demo and on-water support make this beginner-friendly.
Yes—225 lbs max per person for safety on single kayaks. Double kayaks handle more; contact us for details.
Location & Transportation
Behind Scuba Cancun at Kilometer 5, Hotel Zone. A 20-second walk from the main entrance. Map and directions available on our homepage.

Parking is limited. Recommended to arrive by taxi, Uber, or bus. Jardin del Arte parking is 1 minute away.
Cancellation & Policies
Cancel 24+ hours before your tour for a full refund. Inside 24 hours: payment or Go City pass is forfeited. Rescheduling is free when requested 24+ hours ahead.
We reschedule or refund. Light rain tours still operate.
Late or no-show = missed tour.
Private & Group Tours
Yes — Private Tours are available for individuals or groups up to 12. Go City Pass holders may request a private tour; approval depends on availability. Message us on WhatsApp to check times and reserve.

In Nichupté Lagoon you may encounter:
- Flats fish: Tarpon, snook, bonefish, permit.
- Rays: Stingrays and, rarely, manta rays.
- Crustaceans: Spiny lobsters, fiddler crabs, marine snails.
- Turtles: Green and hawksbill.
- Nursery: Gobies and seahorses among mangrove roots.
- Occasional visitors: Bottlenose dolphins.
